Regularly check on baby to ensure their body temperature is comfortably warm. Once baby starts to roll, they do not need to be swaddled.

A tog rating refers to the warmth of a wearable garment such as sleeping bags or swaddle suits, and indicates the number of blankets a sleeping bag or swaddle suit is equivalent too, so therefore we don’t assign a tog rating to blankets.
